What the first visit covers
The new patient appointment is a full first visit rather than a look around. It includes digital X-rays, a cleaning, and an exam where Dr. Hanna goes through what she sees with you.
Gum measurements are taken, because that is what tells us whether a standard cleaning is right for you or whether gum disease needs treating first. If a deep cleaning is needed, that is a separate treatment and you will be told the cost before it is booked.
You will leave knowing the condition of your teeth and gums, what needs doing, what can wait, and what each part costs.
If you have insurance
