Your visit

A judgement free zone

Most people who avoid the dentist do it for one of two reasons: cost, or a bad experience somewhere else. We have tried to remove both.

The comfort menu

Ask for any of this when you check in. You do not need a reason and you will not be asked for one.

  • A therapy dog to sit with you during your appointment
  • Blankets
  • iPads
  • Nitrous gas, available the same day for most appointments
  • Oral sedation, arranged in advance for longer or more anxious visits

No lectures

If it has been years, you are not the first person to walk in and say so, and it does not change how you are treated. We deal with what is bothering you first, then lay out the rest in an order that works for your life and your budget.

You will always be told what something costs before it happens. If a tooth can wait, we will say so rather than adding it to today. If your insurance covers part of it, our team works that out with the insurance company rather than leaving it to you.

For older patients

The office is on the third floor at Suite 302 with elevator access and free parking at the building. Appointments are booked with enough time that nothing is rushed, and if you would like a family member in the room while treatment is explained, that is welcome.

For children

A child first visit is mostly about getting comfortable with the chair, counting teeth, and leaving having enjoyed it. Families often book back to back so one trip covers everyone.
